To clairify >
1. Did the head set work previously and then not work after installing other new hardware?
2. Did the head sets never work?
3. Do they work on another computer?
4. Are there any other USB items that also don't work ?
Things to eliminate >
1. Did you install a USB 3.0 headset on a USB 2.0 system ?
2. Especially if other USB devices don't work > Go to Control Panel > System > Device Manager and check the state of the drivers under "Universal Serial Bus Drivers" > Properties.
Let us know what you find.
