One evga 760 or two evga 650's

Always opt for the single more powerful card. That gives you the opportunity to grab a 2nd one later if necessary. There is no reason to start a build with two mid range cards. That is poor efficiency.

GTX760 256mb memory interface. THAT is the only reason why you should consider getting it instead. 1 GTX760 will perform better at AA and other memory intense tasks than 2 GTX650tis.
