Solution
That's like, 408 US dollars?

A reasonable processor i5-3350p costs US$180
GTX 650 Ti Boost costs average US$130

That's $310 gone. You can't get the rest with only $98. And not even considering that prices are likely higher in India.

CPU: i5-3350p
Motherboard: Cheapest LGA1155 motherboard you can find (just make sure it supports ivy bridge when buying an H61)
Memory: Cheapest 4gb memory you can find. (second hand is fine even if it's only ddr2)
Storage: Any HDD that is at least 80gb will do. (second hand is fine)
Video Card: Any GTX 650 Ti Boost
Power supply: Antec, XFX, Corsair, or Seasonic power supply that is at least 400w.
DVDRW: Any DVDRW (Second hand is fine)

That's more doable. From where will you be getting your parts? Prices in India are significantly higher than in the US, so I'd rather pick based on whats available locally to you and at a price you can get.

Rather than suggesting some USD $800 build that's definitely going to go over Rs50000 when you try to get it in India.
