Can you use different gpus for multi display

I have an integrated Intel gpu and an dedicated Nvidia 8400gs(Know its old but it is for the house PC)
I run windows 7 pro
I would like to use one of the gpus for one display and the other one for the other. Is this possible?
if so how?
