Dual channel not working

Hi everyone i attempted to install my RAM in dual channel mode and everytime i do i get a loud beeping noise and my computer restarts but the slots arent dead because when i install it in single channel mode it boots fine please help!

Did they come in the same package, if not no guarantee they will play together...also have you tried in (guessing here since no mobo, CPU or anything else listed to help us) slots 1-3 and if no joy in slots 2-4 - CPU and mobo would help us, help you ;)
