how to install windows where i cannot open boot device manager

In my pc i have both windows 7 & Linux installed on GRUB.
now the problem is when i start my computer "GRUB Loading" screen appears but not starting after that.
so that i decided to repair windows 7,for that at starting when I press F2 to get "boot device selector" to boot from my USB,it asking for the password unfortunately i have lost my password.
what can i do to install new OS?
please help me friends..

If you are willing to erase all data on the drive, you can clean it using diskpart commands.

HERE is a guide to diskpart syntax. You need to boot from your Windows installer disk and use the command prompt window option. Then type these commands:
diskpart
list disk
select disk n (the one from the list that you want to erase)
clean

The disk will then be ready to reinstall Windows or whatever. And don't use passwords that you cannot remember, either don't use them at all or write them down somewhere.

And if you have a bios password you will need to clear your bios.

but in my system i cant even go to "boot device selector" by pressing F2.When i press F2 it asking password unfortunately i lost my password.....then how can i boot from windows installation cd.

please help me,i have my project review in 3days
