how do i connect the Front left/right speakers
Rear left/right speakers
Center/sub speakers to the rear of pc when there are only three slots behind my cpu?

Some motherboard audio connectors have only mic, audio out and line out or line in. If you don't see orange, black, green and gray circles around any outputs on the back of the motherboard, chances are your audio output is limited to stereo (2-channel right/left or 2.1 right/left/sub).

On the other hand, some motherboards will also include coax or spdif audio out connections which carry the full 5.1, but then you have to check if your speaker system has this connection as well?
