will Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce 210 1 GB DDR3 or Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 2 GB DDR3 will give a better gaming performance.

My specs:
Motherboard:intel dg41rq
Processessor:intel core 2 duo E7500 2.93 ghz
ram:4gb
Current graphic:Nvidia Zotac geforce 9400 gt 1gb

will anyone of Galaxy NVIDIA GeForce 210 1 GB DDR3 or Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon HD 5450 2 GB DDR3 fit in my motherboard?
Also i am not planning an SLI

By the way, why don't you get a 7750???

and no, both graphic cards can not be installed in your mobo if you are planning an SLI.
