You had another thread which just asked the same question,and we've answered it,me and another expert guy.
Your PSU isn't good enough to power up your GPU,and the whole system. Without the 6 pin connector,powering up the 450 is just a dream. Though like the expert guy said,"There were some low power/pinless GTS250 and GTS450 cards. There was even an ultra rare no 6pin needed GTX460. If its one of these cards then it should work without the extra power plug. "
But it appears yours is different. So you need to drop the attempt and use your Motherboard VGA port to connect your monitor,removing the GPU from the system.
