Let's see their differences

The Gigabyte one has more 4GB of VRAM while the Asus one has 2GB of VRAM

The Gigabyte one has 3 Fans while the Asus one has 2 Fans.

Both have copper wires in contact with the GPU chip.

So which is better ? I'm not sure myself , but if I were you , I'd simply choose the cheaper one. But if you're using multiple monitors , then the Gigabyte one is best for you.

Don't look at the Overclocked speeds as you can always do it yourself. Overclocking GPUs aren't as difficult as in the past. There is many software ou there that will help you.
