Hi, I have encountered a problem today. I am currently connected to the router via power line network adapter. Yesterday my internet was working fine but today when I turned my computer on it was not detecting the network. I have tried many things such as restarting router, unplugging and plugging in the power line adapters to different sockets, changing ip address, reinstalling the ethernet driver but still no fix. I am running windows 7. I also tried connecting the ethernet cable from power adapter to my laptop and I am getting same problem. So is it something to do with the power line adapters or the network?

Ok, I just went on their website after you mentioned about their model name, I downloaded the software that scans and checks the power line devices or the power line adapters. For some reason it was not picking up the other power line adapter, so I just paired them up and it worked. Did it just before I saw your post. Thank you.
