i have planned to Intel DH61WW Motherboard in which its tells tat its has 2.0 x 16 PCI-E and i have planned to buy NVidia GTX 650 Amp Ti 2GB edition in which it
requries PCI Express 3.0 x16
will it work if i buy

Yes it will, PCIe 3.0 is backwards compatible so it works fine with PCIe 2.0.
