The HOF is the better.HardOCP review says:
"We haven’t seen a better GTX 780 than the HOF. Everything the HOF has to offer, from the design, to the cooling, to the overclocking ability, is the best. We achieved the highest overclock we’ve seen on a GTX 780 yet, and it provided a truly significant real world gaming improvement."
Same chipset so they should perform close to each other. The first one (white one) has a small OC on the core. Considering the bump in price I would say not worth it and get the EVGA.
