Hey, I live in Estonia, so Europe. I excluded the monitor and operating systems from the budget so i'm good in that area. I was kinda hoping for an intel based build although the one already suggested here by James seems awesome at first glance, but i'm not sure I can get all that stuff here

It seems really nice but as I started checking, there's no way of getting some of that stuff... earlier i came up with this intel based build, not sure if it'll work.
