What drivers do I need to update/install?

I have a Dell Vostro 270 and on Dell's website, there are several drivers that are recommended.

I recommend go to the manufacturer website to download the newer drivers.
1) Chipset driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=20775
2) Maybe BIOS
3) Audio: http://www.conexant.com/Product/Audio/pchdaudio/Pages/default.aspx
4)Network: Realtek http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230 (win7 or win8.1): http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/wireless/cwn-2230
5)GPU drivers
AMD http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
Nvidia http://www.geforce.com/

I'm afraid something goes wrong for "Network: Realtek" though. I didn't update it.

You need go to the 4th for win7 or 5th for win8/win8.1 "Auto Installation Program" instead of the "Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Driver".

Sorry I mean you need the 4th one "Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program (SID:1606895)" or the 5th one "Win8 and Win8.1 Auto Installation Program (SID:1606893)".

And either site to download should be fine.
