This computer will be used for MATLAB computing, Adobe Illustrator, LabVIEW, and other scientific applications.
My main areas of concern are the case, PSU, cooler and RAM. Are there any better mid-tower cases than the NZXT Phantom 410 that aren't too expensive? I'm slightly confused on how to pick the best RAM for my build. I want a lot of RAM for large MATLAB files, and ASUS seems to have an interesting thing called RAMdisk, where RAM can be used as faster storage.
Next, are there better value PSUs and CPU coolers ? I learned the Corsair H100 doesn't fit the phantom 410, so I went with Noctua. Should I get a different case or stick with the Noctua? I'm planning to overclock, probably not much higher than 4.2 GHz. More details below
Without further ado, here is the build:

More details:
I went with two SSDs in RAID 0 for the multi-gigabyte files we transfer. 2 1TB drives in Raid 1 for backup (there's also a big server available, so I don't need too much space) I went with a mid-high end Nvidia GPU since I want to take advantage of MATLAB's GPU parallel processing (needs to be Nvidia). I already have thermal paste and OS available. The IPS Asus display is for poster work.
