how to enable XMP or similar option on F2A85-V PRO Mother board

just need some help finding XMP option on my ASUS F2A85-V PRO mobo....i looked but i couldn't find it....it probably don't help much that i am not familiar with a GUI mobo. i need my Mobo specific help

i could only find an option to set the speed manualy

By selecting DOCP, (DRAM Overclock Profile), the system will adjust the memory ratio, the APU frequency (if required) and the memory sub-timings/voltages to the XMP profile of the kit. In some circumstances this may produce a CPU overclock, so ensure that that CPU frequency is where you would want it

this may be unrelated. but i orderd some RAM and its 2133mhz. CMT8GX3M2B2133C9 is the memmory supported on the chart in the manual but i orderd CMY8GX3M2B2133C9 instead. will there be any set backs or will it dumb the clock down lower
