I am going to upgrade my windows 7 home premium to Windows 7 professional BUT I'm not using the upgrade anytime upgrade.
I have a question, if I buy the operating system new, can i pop the CD in and upgrade? or would i have to completely re-install?
don't exactly feel like going through the whole format thing at the moment,
