According to the specs it should work. It is very well possible that the card is bad since everything works on the onboard graphics.
What is the make and model of the PSU though?

Points more to the bad card since not a substandard PSU. Can you try the card in a different computer to confirm?

No :(  I don't have any other PC's in my house to confirm is there any way else to do so? Someone told me it might be the Bios(idk what is Bios) what do you think?

Doubtful since all modern board automatically default to discrete cards when installed.

Can you explain thata again with easier words becuse I dont have the best english, and btw when I send my PC to a check in stores they cant find the issue becuse it never crashes for them becuse its so random.. it can work for few days perfect and then suddenly freez/crash...

Ok you say now that this happens randomly. It works for days and then it crashes, correct? If so then it can be either the card or your ram causing the issue. I do not think BIOS has anything to do with this.
Run memtest on the ram to eliminate it as the culprit. http://memtest.org/

Ok memtest no errors, not only when stressing video card leads me to belief either motherboard or PSU is going bad unless it only happens when the card is in.

btw when my pc crashes the video card is not geting detected i think. when I restart my PC after a crash the screen dosent even do anything when I do so, so when i switch to mother board it dose detect it...

Is it stable when you run of the motherboard video?
Really the only way to check between PSU and motherboard is swapping parts which can be difficult if you do not have any spares.

I dont have any spares lol and it didnt crashed yet with the mother board so idk mostly i use the mother board for 30 min and then try to restart and swap back (my PC crashes mostly in games sometimes I have an long freez and then it comes back like nothing happend...)

If it only happens the HD6800 card in then most likely it is the card.

I am pretty sure its the video card becuse the PC cant detect the video card after the crash... you can say that i have used "spare" card by changing to the mother board and it worked fine...
