The June SBM cycle featured a build using a HD7750 that drew only 113W from the wall, so that card should be acceptable for your system.

No, the HD7790 will not run on your PSU. You're looking for an 800MHz GDDR5 version of the HD7750.

Yes, the best of all according to your system specifications.

The card will work on a 2.0 motherboard as well.

Any of those Asus cards will work. I'd recommend against the third one (the fanless one) unless you have really good airflow through your case.
You may safely ignore the 400W recommendation in this case. Graphics card manufacturers overstate PSU requirements in the attempt (often vain) to account for all the liar-labeled junk still being sold. As I pointed out in my first post, a system build with a HD7750 in this summer's SBM cycle used a mere 150W PSU, and drew oinly 113W from the wall; that was after overclocking. You'll be fine with your current PSU.

So basically you mean get the third card?

and will it work even though I don't have a PCIe on the motherboard

There are low-profile versions of the HD7750. Sapphire, HIS, and Powercolor each have at least one. The HIS model's fan protrudes quite a bit though.
XFX and Powercolor have narrow versions, but they are the normal height. Sapphire's low-profile one is also narrow, and I think Powercolor's is too.

That's the one. That is the one that was used in the build I cited earlier. If you have a PCIe slot, it should fit.

Your motherboard has a PCIe slot on it. This card fits in that slot. It does not need a separate PCIe power cable, which is a six-pin cable from the PSU; yours wouldn't have that anyway.
