High cpu idle temps

So my 2500k cpu idle temperature has been pretty high lately, 40 going into 50C. I cleaned out the dust this afternoon but it's still running hotter than I'd like, so I figure it's probably due to my heatsink. I might as well get a new one and a psu since I want to overclock to maybe 4.0 ghz at most. Any recommendations? I was thinking of a noctua d14 but it's big and I'm afraid it might not fit my motherboard with the ram. There's also the 212 evo which would be far cheaper, and the 100i but I don't think I'll need liquid cooling. This is my current build http://pcpartpicker.com/b/GNH
