I want to know if a 750 watt power supply can support this SLI set up.

Running an i7-4770
16 gb ram
DUAL GeForce 660 - 2 GB cards

Solution
750w will do two 660's just fine, two 660's will not do 8 monitors though, You'll want to look at 280x's or 770 4GBs but even then I can't say for sure, nobody runs 8 monitors.

The PSU can support the rest of the system, but it'll be tight.

If you're gaming, no way those 2 GPUs can handle 8 monitors. They aren't even enough for a resolution higher than 1920x1080, since it's only 2GB VRAM.

Wasn't nvidias support for monitors capped at 3 monitors? (In surround, honestly not sure about non surround but pretty confident in surround it was only 3) (legit question, nto trying to be rude.)

But yes I agree maybe dual 280x's depending on resolution... Oh and that whole, need more ports thing.

3D vision is actually capped at 3 monitors, surround is capped at 4 but then the other four can be mirrors.
