Hello i need help with something(i know i've been asking a lot of questions but this is my first major build and want to get it right the first time) i'm upgrading my motherboard and my cpu currently and have been looking at this motherboard

and this cpu
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285
Thing is based on reviews i've been told that this motherboard's VRM fry if you OC but i don't know if they will fry if I use stock for this processor.
Should i carry on with this current build or should i dumb down the processor to say an amd fx 6300.
Im mainly going to play new games like BF4(which from benchmarks shows great preformance with the 8 core im wanting) and don't want to find out that under load this wont work.
Also my case can only fit uATX boards and I don't want to get a new case.
Any help would be appreciated!!
My video card is a EVGA GTX GeForce 650 paired with my current intel pentium g620 2.8GHz can run bf3 at around 50 fps(that is if close everything running and set bf3.exe to high priority)
