Where do I go to install the latest driver?

i'd download everything in the drivers section and probably the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, but besides drivers, it's up to you...

the first link you provided is where you go. Under the pics of the board is a tab labeled "download" which contains all relevant drivers and utilities for the board. for the card go to the nvidia site and download the latest driver version...you shouldn't need anything else to get it working, but install some form of antivirus/antimalware asap as well...and chrome, chrome is a must ;)

I checked and why is there multiple files? Which one do I download?

There's multiple files because there's multiple drivers and utilities to download, if they're the same driver/utility, it's because they're older or newer versions...If it's too much work use the disk and then let what you install from there just update itself. i find it easier to just track down the most up-to-date stuff to start with, but if you just want to get going quickly and without digging through the MSI site a bit, use the disk.
