I want to buy a MotherBoard for my Intel i5-3570K CPU, but I'm between the Asrock z77 Extreme4 and the Asus z77 Maximus V Extreme. Please help me choose the best motherboard for my new Gaming PC, and let me know why one of them is better than the other one. Thank You in advance.

The asus maximus is Much Better then the asrock extreme4. I'm surprised there's a thread comparing them. Depending on what you want out of it. You need to realize you are not comparing apples to apples here.The Maximus has better bios and more features is all. If you don't need the features, extra slots, ect.... The Maximus is overkill and not needed.

Depends on what you want out of it, if gaming at 2X SLI or XFire is enough, then the EX4 is your mobo, if want Tri GPUs then the Asus Maximus Extreme is a great mobo, also believe more USB ports,
