I have updated my box with Asrock H87M Pro4 mb, I7 4771 cpu, 16 GB memory. Reformatted 1TB drive with Ultimate Win 7 64 bit with no problems, but when adding my EVGA GTX 580 video I cannot seem to make it work. Bios doesn't see it. Asrock simple said its a compatability issue and get Newegg to exchange it, but my 30 days return is up today and missed my window. Asrock took to long for me to get a response.

Solution
If you have a different GPU try it if it works its your 580, if not its your mobo. Its very easy for them to say no its not our product that isnt working its theirs.

Thanks, I will try another video card. We will see. Asrock just said they will rma the motherboard, but if its a compatibility problem the new mb won't help either...

Thanks Maxiim, I found a different manufacture video card and plugged it in and walla it works. This doesn't say that the Motherboard still might have a compatibility problem with EVGA gtx 580 video cards as my video works in 2 other motherboards perfectly. We will see what Asrock says on RMA and if the might have a bios upgrade to fix it later. Thanks again.
