PCI-3 graphics card

Can a PCI-E 3.0 graphics card work in a 2.x PCI-E port, just wondering.
Cause If it does is there any lost in performance/bottleneck etc?

Yes, there isn't any loss in performance

You would probably benefit from faster memory clocks like gddr5, it's generally worth it to get the gddr5 version
