Hello, I just built a brand new gaming pc, my friend who has been building pc's for several years now came and helped me out. However I have a major issue, my monitor will not wake up. The case turns on and ALL thr fans spin. It turns on, but it immediatly goes into sleep mode. It says Auto detect entering power save mode. I go to setting 3 and the self test with red white blue etc... Shows up. I touch my keys to wake it up (my keyboard may not work) I have a radeon 7950 and my monitor is VGA, i hooked up the vga adpter, and the above ^ problem is occuring. I put it into my mobo's vga port, and same problem. I am getting very worried and upset, any help is greatly appreciated.

Note* I have no drivers or an OS Installed because the monitor and kyboard wont function

If you're saying that when you switch the pc on, it immediately shuts down, this is not the computer going to sleep but a cpu/motherboard/memory issue.

Did you connect the atx 12v 8/4pin to the motherboard?

I agree with jbseven.

Check that everything is connected properly, especially all the power cables. Check that the motherboard is getting power via lights on it. Hopefully it should boot to the bios.
