I purchased a 670 GTX 2gb Graphics card about 1 year ago, back before the 4gb versions came out. I'm now following my plan of buying a second one, but upon getting up to date again, I see they actually released a 4gb version shortly after. I am running 3 monitors, and I want to know how big of a difference I'll have if I stick with the 2 sli 670 gtx 2 gb versions, versus selling my current, and buying 2 of the 4 gb versions to sli.

What do you think would be my best option?

its a waste of money to sell it and to buy a new 4gb version. There will be a difference, but not that much.

If you are buying new cards, why not wait for the 770 to drop in price and get 2 of those?

The 4GB can handle more eyecandy at extended resolution over 3 monitors really the only difference.

I would prefer to only buy 1 new card, and I figured 1 new card + $100 would be a cheaper option than 2 new cards...
