My Acer has the Interpol virus. Now it just shows a blank screen. The F2 and F12 didn't work, and I could only see the desktop

Need help getting rid of the Interpole virus on my Windows 7 (Acer).
Can't access the desktop (only for 1 sec when I turn it off). Don't have access to any other computer (just my iPod). Just have a blank-white screen and can't do anything else other than Ctrl+Alt+Del and F2 or F12 when it restarts. F8 useless.

Solved it.
Used Ctrl+Alt+Del and clicked on ''close session'' to have that 1-2 second acess to my Desktop. In that time frame I opened a window (at random) and manually selected ''shut off'' upon which another window opened up asking me if I was sure I wanted to turn off my computer, because I had tabs still opened. I clicked on cancel and that's how I bypassed the Interpol virus block.
Then I immediatley set off to quickly download a few programs such as SpyHunter (that was able to locate all the viruses), and HitmanPro (that was able to locate and clear the viruses, because you need to pay SpyHunter for that process while you can get a 30 day free trial with HitmanPro).
Found out that my Norton Antivirus had expired. Got that fixed too.
CCleaner also downloaded to sweep things up.
