Would like to know if this build is good

Hey guys, that build is the one I'm thinking of getting but I don't know a whole lot about AMD CPU's. My goal is to be able to run ArmA 3 on at least medium but I'm not sure what I can handle with it. Any help or expertise would be great.

Drop the cpu and get the 8350. Anything over that is a waste. Also a stronger graphics card is needed. Of that list the 7970 or R9-280x is much, much better.

It would be better overall, but that card is still weaker compared to the CPU.

Alright then, I seem to have trouble with configurations on cyberpower so I was trying to stick with the prebuilt. They never seem to save for very long before they just expire. So at this build with your recommended CPU and graphics card what level do you think I would be able to run ArmA 3/Chivalry at?
