it jumps to 78 degree in first 30 min wen i minimise it again goes back to 54 to 50 degree in next 2 min what should i do i am not able to continuesouly play the game because of the fear whether my gpu will get damaged or is the only solution is take a 20 min break every time

Solution
Go to settings>Fan and tick "enable user defined", set the fan speed update period to 500, and click and drag on any point in the graph to add a point
For example, my settings are:
40% fan speed until 40c
50% fan at 50c
65% at 60c
75% at 70c
and etc.

Since you're quite worried with temperatures go ahead and set the fan speed to 100% at 82 degrees or something
