zotac gtx 650 ti boost 2gb high temparature

I have been monitoring my gpu temparature using speecy while playing BF3 and crysis etc.
it jumps to 78 degree in first 30 min wen i minimise it again goes back to 54 to 50 degree in next 2 min what should i do i am not able to continuesouly play the game because of the fear whether my gpu will get damaged or is the only solution is take a 20 min break every time
pls suggest

78C is totally fine.

78°C is fine for a GPU that has max operating temp in mid 90's C. Worry when it starts climbing past mid 80's.

do u guys have any solutions to keep the temparature of my gpu bit lower so i can strech it for bit long increasing fan speed and all

Download MSI afterburner and set a custom fan curve for temperatures (so at 80 degrees it kicks in at 100% or something like that)

Yes it will work, on top of that look into the airflow in your case, intake and exhaust fans.

Go to settings>Fan and tick "enable user defined", set the fan speed update period to 500, and click and drag on any point in the graph to add a point
For example, my settings are:
40% fan speed until 40c
50% fan at 50c
65% at 60c
75% at 70c
and etc.

Since you're quite worried with temperatures go ahead and set the fan speed to 100% at 82 degrees or something
