got a budget of $1500
will this run bf4 on ultra settings 1920x1080p?
is my psu and gpu selection right?
how much can i overclock with my current psu and my gpu?

CPU: Intel Core i7 4770k
Mobo: Asrock Z87M Extreme4
RAM: Patriot-S 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 – 1600
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO Series 250GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 280X Vapor-X OC 3GB
Case: NZXT Phantom 410 Mid Tower Case White[strike][/strike]
PSU: Antec NEO 620C ECO PSU Bronze 620W
ODD: DVD burner
CPU HSF: Thermalright HR-02 Macho

please i need help! quick replies! pls tell me if i have any other errors or cons ty!
 
Solution
The bottleneck is your GPU. Your CPU is more than enough to handle bf4.

You should check this article out.

According to that, the only way to ensure 60+ FPS at 1920x1080 with 4xMSAA out of the box is with GTX Titan or more powerful setups.

If you overclock your GPU maybe you can reach 60+ FPS with a less demanding AA setting like FXAA. I don't have experience OCing AMD cards though so I don't know how far you can push them.

The following is using a factory overclocked HIS Radeon R9 280X IceQ X2:
