Couldn't find the right category, but this is about cutting through the window of my side panel

Any suggestions? i have a nzxt switch 810 case, and I would like to place a fan on the window due to my GPU cards heat exhaustion. The ACX cooler takes air from outside and then pushes the air out as heat into my case. I was thinking a 140mm or 120mm. What would be the most efficient way to cut this window?

Solution
Very carefully and with very precise measurements.

Draw a mockup using tracing paper and then mark the drill holes with permanent marker. Use a drill matched to the diameter of the screws that you are going to use and carefully drill the holes while the panel is mounted in a vice or bench grip.

Cutting the window is going to be a bit more difficult. A Dremel tool will get the job done well enough if you can get your hands on one.
