Can't install 200mm fan on top HELP!!!

Which is the fan? And is it new? If it's new,you may need to screw it before you can place it in the case.And about the screw not reaching the holes,are you sure that's the proper one? Did you get that screws along with the fan? It should reach the screw holes,if they are.

It appears your case has no space for a fan on the top? Which is the case? And for the screws,those long ones should do the trick,but I find no proper screw holes on the case.... 
Anyway,using that zip ties won't be a good options since they'll cause more and more noise

This is what I saw on the Box
and that 200mm fan came with the case on front and I replaced that with these .
I hope u' re no more confused !
