Not buying an OS as already have one

Parts preference: I would like an intel i7 processor but I'm not to fussed

This is a more detailed one. This has an SSD, mouse, monitor, Graphics card, keyboard and headphones. The monitor has built in Speakers so u wouldnt need that. This is all you need :) . Oh and by the if its just for gaming you dont really need an i7. If you want one, well get one :p . Since you said u already had an OS i didnt include one
