So just about a month ago I ran into 600$. I So I went to Fry's and some of the people who worked there came up with a pc build for around 600-700$ (truthfully spent about 800). So my setup is

Windows 7 home premium oem (didn't want to pay 70$ extra)
i5 4430
msi h87-g43
Evga gtx 650 ti boost 1gb sc
thermaltake 650w 80 bronze(something like that)
toshiba 1 tb hdd
3 blue led case fans (rubber screws including preinstalled 1)
cooler master elite 430 case
cooler master hyper 212 evo heatsink
8gb patriot ddr3 ram
flatscreeen 32 in 1360x768, 60hz

I get pretty good performance out of it but I would like to push it a little bit more to get those extra frames and quality in Battlefield 4. I also plan on adding a ssd drive getting a bigger case ( not a lot of hand space or cable management). I was considering switching to a AMD card down the line for battlefield 4 mantle version. I originally had a gigabyte windforce 3gb(?) 7950. It was defective and I returned it for the card I have now. As you can tell im new to building PC's.

Edit: the reason I didnt replace the 7950 was because at the time I really didnt want to spend more then I had to. And I heard about the r9 gpu's coming out soon.

More about : max fps

Well your build looks good. If you can return your GPU and get that 7950 it would be a good investment. Then when BF 4 comes out you can buy another and crossfire. Too bad as I don't think you motherboard supports SLI

Your monitor's max resolution for battlefield 4 is about 800x600.Lower the resolution to 800x600 and set all the settings to low and change the fullscreen mode to windowed. This should give you more than 100fps

I really would rather not lower the quality. If anything i was going to see if it was posisble to OC it a little more.
