How can I find out what application is trying to get access to my Outlook Contacts?

I keep getting the Outlook message that another application is trying to get access to my contacts.

I've killed all processes that are allowed to do this (ie. Google Synch) but it still happens.

How can I find out what application is doing this so I can kill or uninstall it?

Yes, thanks. I have scanned for malware and nothing comes up.

However, for business and social reasons I have software from Russia and China on my computer. I would not be at all surprised if some of it violates US standards of privacy and good behavior.

I'm hoping to find a way to identify which program is trying to access my address book.
