Wich of this two processors is better? (theres no detailed benchmarks of them)

Hi, this is my first post here...
I have a question about two old cpu, on the next days I will purchase one of this processors and I want to know wich is better:
Core 2 Duo E7300 2.66Ghz/1066/3mbL2

Pentium Dual Core E5800 3.2Ghz/800/2mbL2

ONLY THIS TWO PROCESSORS

At simple sight the C2D seems to be better because the cache and fsb, but someone said me that the DC performs better for being newer.
I'm talking about overall performance (games, multitasking, etc)

That's correct. The E5800 has a higher clock speed, but the E7300 has more cache and more instruction sets enabled. Other than that they are physically identical.

Those are actually the exact same microprocessor under the hood. They are both fabricated as Wolfdale-3M, a Wolfdale microprocessor with only half of the cache present.

The E7300 has the full 3MiB of on chip cache enabled, while the E5800 has only 2MiB enabled. Furthermore, the bus speed and multiplier are different. The E7300 has several sets of microprocessor instructions enabled that are disabled on the E5800 including SSE4, VT-x and VT-d

Almost nothing, those processors are a offer and I put in mayuscules that I want only one of this two cpus...I know they are very very old

If I understand well, the E5800 is only better by the higher clock speed, which means that the C2D E7300 will performs a lot better if we put them to a same clock? I mean, overclock the E7300 to 3.2Ghz
I say this because the E7300 is better in all aspect except the clock speed
