Well that 350w psu is your bottleneck, if your psu doesn't have a 6 pin connector then i would choose a amd HD 7750
(i don't know from what country you are but here is the link to gpu http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-hd7750dcsl... ).

Thank you very much for your assistance. I have checked your link and this seems to be the right one.

Just one question: I have checked a few websites and some of the websites say that the Intel Graphics 2500 is not a card. Would it be still possible to upgrade?

yes, because intel graphics 2500 is an integrated with cpu, that means graphics are created by cpu. i other words sayed cpu also is as gpu (thats why it is bad for gaming). and yes you will be able to upgrade, just plug the 7750 in to a pci x16 slot and it will run just fine :)  also if i helped you enough select my post as a solution.thanks!

Expansion slots:
1x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16
1x PCIe 2.0 x4
2x PCI

so this would be ok right?
I will post this as a solution if this is ok.
Thanks.

Thank you so much! I am going to buy it and I am going to get it next week. I am also going to upgrade my psu to something more powerful.

ok :)  psu will be very useful for overclocking and more powerful parts. and if you are going to have at least 450W then i would seriously look at a better gpu like gtx 660, amd 7850 or 7870.
