I need help deleting " HP_RECOVERY" & "SYSTEM"

To start of this isn't from my primary hard drive, i found a computer on the side of the road a decided to check it out and there was a 500gb hard drive inside so i took it & formatted everything that was on it but the these partition, i don't know how to delete them, look http://gyazo.com/230da4ca36935db4ad541af65c3cbf26

Try "Computer Management > Disk Management" in Control Panel.
Find the ribon which relates to that physical hard drive.
Right-click and choose "Delete Volume", then choose "Create new simple volume", then format it.
You should then be able to merge it with the large partition.
All those tasks can be performed from the right-click menu, just make sure you right-click on the correct item.

If Windows won't let you perform those tasks on that disk (options greyed out) you can do it by booting your PC from this CD:
