Is this a good CyberPowerPC build for $1,400-$1,500?

Hey guys, thanks for reading. I'm planning on buying a new gaming computer from CyberPowerPC for the first time and I'm not quite sure if this would be a good configuration or value for it. Any suggestion or advice would be great.

Budget: $1,400-$1,500

Um, the price is the same for the GTX 770 4GB with the hd 7990 and a $100 differences for the GTX 770 2GB. Is the GTX better or something? Sorry, I don't really know much about these things.
