Hey guys, I have an ssd now, and have been doing some tweaking, such as disabling indexing.

And I'd like to know a few things.

One, while disabling indexing, I chose to apply it to all sub folders as well, was this the right thingt o do?
Two, I disabling my page file on my ssd, and enabled it on my external hdd, is that ok?
Three, using steam mover to move games from the ssd to a hdd, is that ok? Or the reverse.
Thanks in advance.

1. Disabling indexing might improve performance but will make searches take longer.
2. You want your pagefile on your ssd for better performance.
3. Again you want your games and applications to load faster so leave them on your ssd.

Just move documents/pictures/videos and other such files to other drives.

This depends on the size of the SSD. I find 128GB more than enough to hold all my applications and upto 3-4 games i'm currently playing. Limited space calls for better disk management so uninstalling unused applications and games often helps with space.
