Which GPU manufacturer has the quieter cooling setup?

Wishing to buy a 280x or maybe a 290. I know the coolers on the 280x are the same or about same as last generation. So opinions on which ones are quieter is much appreciated, for it will be my deciding factor on which brand I buy.

Full load or idle dont matter. Just on average which you find to be quieter. Surprisingly I can't find nothing on this or Im just wording my searches wrong.

Thanks.

According to me you can go with the sapphire toxic cards.Sapphire is known for its quiet coolers just like the vapour-x.There is not a brand in market that can withstand the quietness ability of sapphire

I like the Gigabyte windforce cards. I have a GTX 680 windforce and even at full throttle its still quiet and great at cooling. If anyone else has had experience with other manufacturers please add comments.

Got the 7090 windforce here, using it now and I can't hear it over the sound my PSU fan makes!
Also, the 280x is practically a newer version of the 7970 (so similar that crossfire works between them!) but Gigabyte will no doubt have worked to improve the cooling on it by then.
I would also wait and see what Asus announces though, I kind of wish that I had gone with an Asus ROG card when I got my 7970 ;)
