I got the Club 3D 7870 XT a week ago and I have been playing Crysis 2, Blur, CoD 4, Far Cry 3 etc. When I look in the MSI afterburner while playing FC3 the card activity is jumping around 40-60 % and in some other games too (mostly newer games). Now my question, is that a GPU problem or (what most likely is) CPU problem, since I currently have a non overclocked C2D E8400. I am planning to upgrade to a FX6300 soon. Will the FPS boost be visible after the CPU upgrade?
