Is this a decent build, considering the cost? I'm open to suggestions, but my budget needs to be below about $1300, including operating system, monitor, mouse and keyboard. I plan to ditch console gaming, so I really want this computer to be able to run most games at decent settings and decent frame rate (prefer frame rate over graphics)

Edit: Upgraded GPU, motherboard and Wireless network adapter

Thanks guys :)
