No, because i3's have a locked multiplier which means you cant OC, you can only overclock with i5's and i7's that are k's.

The difference between an i5 (non "k") and i3 is minimal when it comes to gaming. However if you plan to OC, get a i5 4th gen (a "k" model), overclock and then feel a huge difference.
