Hi, here's another build to double check!
I recently picked up photography and video editing again and feel like working on a quicker system. Also I like to play games once in a while on my xbox 360 and the new generation of consoles has left me more and more disappointed the closer they get to release date.
Therefore I'm building a PC to cope with both doing photo/video editing and gaming.
What I value is, in this order.
Performance
Lifespan
Quiet and desecrate look
Price
That said, what I mean with performance and lifespan is a build that can handle todays applications well, and plays todays games without a trouble at a quality that makes me satisfied I put that money on a PC instead of the next gen consoles.
Also that I can, when necessary, in a few years upgrade the system easily with maybe an SLI solution and overclocking the CPU slightly.
So I'm willing to pay a little bit more for a component that is "better investment" but not if it's considered unnecessary for a few years.
The parts I'm about to post ads up to an equivalent of about 1150£ which is is fine but reaching my limit.
I'm currently on different monitors from time to time but none of them even exceeds 1080p.
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming, Socket-1150 ATX
CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro DDR3 1600MHz 8GB 2x4GB
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 770 Gaming 2GB PhysX
SSD: Samsung SSD 840 EVO 120GB OEM Basic KIT
PSU: Corsair CX 750M, 750W PSU ATX 12V V2.3
CPU Cooler: Corsair H80i Hydro Series
Case: Fractal Design Define R4
OS: Win 8?
It's been a while since I had anything to do with a PC, so if anyone with more knowledge than me would take a look at this I would be very great-full!
