Hi!
I am planing to buy a Gigabyte Radeon R9 270x and i want to watercool my computer. Can i just watercool my cpu or do i have to include a gpu and if i have to, do i have to buy another one than the one i am planing to buy?

I hope my question make sense to u guys.

First question is why do you want to watercool? An aftermarket cpu cooler such as the Hyper 212 EVO or Xigmatek GAIA will cool your cpu just as well as an AIO water unit like the H80 or similar. The 270 is not going to produce enough heat to need aftermarket cooling, especially if you purchase a non-reference card with upgrading cooling.

If you absolutely have to have water cooling for some reason, you will need a custom loop which includes a block for the cpu, a block for the gpu, reservoir, pump, tubing, etc. There are ways to jury rig an AIO for the gpu, but IMO it would be silly to do so.
