Motherboard Asus p8p67 pro
Graphics: AMD Radeon 7770
First Hard Drive: Seagate ST2000DX001 2TB
Second Hard Drive: Seagate HD3000
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600K CPU @3.40GHz (8CPUs), ~3.4GHz
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Basically I got my second hard drive back from seagate because it was faulty but it was under warranty.
I plugged it all in today and my computer wouldn't start, unplugged it and everything was fine.

Solution
When you say that "my computer wouldn't start", does the PSU turn on and are the fans spinning? If not, then perhaps the drive has a shorted TVS diode. A shorted diode indicates that the drive has sustained an overvoltage, in which case the PSU is bad.
